The Karnataka Tourism Department is promoting the 24×7 Tourist Helpline to support travellers with information, guidance, and emergency assistance throughout their journey.
Tourists can access the All India Helpline Number: 1800-11-1363 or dial the short code 1363 to receive multilingual support anytime, anywhere.

The initiative aims to ensure a seamless travel experience, allowing visitors to explore Karnataka’s diverse destinations with confidence and peace of mind.
Adding to this, Abdul Kashif, President of the Travel Agents Association of Karnataka, welcomed the move and said, “This initiative is a significant step towards enhancing tourist confidence in Karnataka. A 24×7 helpline ensures that travellers feel secure and supported at every stage of their journey, which is crucial for the growth of tourism in the state.”
He further emphasised that such measures strengthen Karnataka’s position as a preferred destination for both domestic and international travellers.
