Lifetime Achievement for Outstanding Contribution to Tourism The Hakodate Singapore Society and the late Masaru Yanagisawa received the Lifetime Achievement for Outstanding Contribution to Tourism Award. The recognition honours more than three decades of efforts in strengthening tourism, cultural and community ties between Singapore and Hakodate, Japan. Outstanding Tourism Entrepreneur Suen Tat Yam and Byron Jevan Koh, founders of Woopa Group, received the Outstanding Tourism Entrepreneur Award.
