Limited Flights Between UAE and India: Indian Embassy Issues Travel Advisory to Passengers

Dubai: The Embassy of India in Abu Dhabi has issued an important travel advisory for passengers planning to travel between the United Arab Emirates and India, urging travellers to check their flight details with airlines before heading to the airport.

According to the advisory, airlines have been instructed by the UAE General Civil Aviation Authority to revise and reduce their flight schedules due to the evolving situation affecting air travel operations. As a result, only a limited number of flights will be operating between the two countries.

The Indian Embassy stated that passengers should confirm their flight status directly with their respective airlines to avoid inconvenience or last-minute disruptions.

Under the revised arrangements, a limited number of flights will operate from major UAE airports, including Abu Dhabi International Airport, Dubai International Airport, Ras Al Khaimah International Airport, Sharjah International Airport, and Fujairah International Airport, to various destinations across India.

Authorities have advised travellers to stay updated with official airline announcements and embassy communications as schedules may continue to change depending on operational and security developments.

The Embassy reiterated that the advisory has been issued in the interest of passenger safety and to ensure smoother travel arrangements during the current period of uncertainty in international aviation.
