Radisson Hotel Group Signs Four New Park Inn & Suites by Radisson Hotels Across Emerging Indian Cities

Bengaluru: Radisson Hotel Group has announced the signing of four new Park Inn & Suites by Radisson properties across Roorkee, Meerut, Asansol, and Navi Mumbai (Airoli), reinforcing its midscale expansion strategy in emerging travel markets across India.

The new signings reflect the group’s strategic focus on cities witnessing rapid growth in education, industrial development, corporate activity, and social events. These destinations are increasingly experiencing demand for quality branded accommodation but remain relatively underserved by international hospitality brands.

The Park Inn & Suites by Radisson brand plays a key role in the company’s India expansion plan, offering a midscale hospitality model tailored for fast-growing regional cities. The brand focuses on flexible development structures, operational efficiency, and modern amenities suited for both business and leisure travellers.

Park Inn & Suites by Radisson Roorkee is expected to open in the second quarter of 2027. Located on NH-344, the property will offer convenient connectivity to Haridwar, Meerut, and the Delhi NCR region. The hotel will feature multiple dining options, a rooftop restaurant, and indoor and outdoor event spaces designed for business meetings and social gatherings.

The Park Inn & Suites by Radisson Meerut property is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2029. Located on National Highway 58, the hotel will offer guest rooms, dining outlets, meeting facilities, and outdoor event spaces to serve both corporate travellers and the city’s large social events market.

Meanwhile, Park Inn & Suites by Radisson Asansol, expected to open in the first quarter of 2029, will be located along the Delhi–Kolkata Highway. The 75-key hotel will feature an all-day dining restaurant, rooftop bar, meeting and event spaces, along with recreational facilities including a gym and swimming pool, targeting both business and leisure travellers visiting the industrial hub.

In Navi Mumbai, Park Inn & Suites by Radisson Airoli is expected to open in the third quarter of 2028. The hotel will be located in the Airoli business district with convenient access to Digha Railway Station and major corporate offices across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

Nikhil Sharma, Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer, South Asia, Radisson Hotel Group, said that India’s travel growth is increasingly being driven by emerging cities where education ecosystems, industrial development, and corporate activity are expanding rapidly. He noted that many such markets continue to experience strong demand for quality branded hospitality.

Davashish Srivastava, Senior Director – Development, South Asia, Radisson Hotel Group, added that the selected cities represent strong growth fundamentals combined with limited branded hotel supply, making them ideal for the Park Inn & Suites brand.

Radisson Hotel Group currently has more than 200 hotels in operation and development across India and continues to expand its footprint across tier-two and tier-three markets alongside its presence in major metropolitan cities.
