Lucknow - The Uttar Pradesh Chapter of the Indian Association of Tour Operators (IATO), under the leadership of Prateek Hira, organised a full-day certified workshop on “AI Applications for Tourism Management” on March 30, 2026, at the Banaras Hindu University (BHU) campus. The workshop saw participation from over 50 travel trade professionals, highlighting the growing importance of technology-driven solutions in the tourism sector.
