In her new role, Shivangi will be responsible for overseeing the hotel’s overall sales and marketing strategy. She will also lead high-performing teams, optimize distribution channels, and implement data-driven strategies to achieve key performance indicators including RevPAR and ADR. Shivangi’s career spans notable roles with leading hospitality brands such as Accor and Indian Hotels Company Limited (Taj Hotels). She has also held key positions at Vivanta Bengaluru Residency Road and most recently served as Director of Sales & Marketing at Taj Yeshwantpur, where she successfully led the property’s commercial strategy. She began her hospitality journey with Accor as part of the management trainee programme at Novotel & ibis Bengaluru Tech Park, laying a strong foundation for her career in hotel sales and marketing. An alumnus of the Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition Goa, Shivangi holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Hotel Administration.
